Podgorica, 20 April, 2006: Workshop under the Project «Strengthening Capacities of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning to Deal with Problems of Environmental Management”

One day workshop “Training for Planning and Job Performance Appraisal” was conducted in cooperation with Human Resources Management Authority of Montenegrin Government. In accordance with the Law on Civil Servants and Public Administration Employees, the HR Management Authority defined the Civil Servants and Public Administration employees Job Performance Appraisal Form and it also provided recommendations for filling in this form.

The workshop participants were Managers and Inspectors of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Physical Planning as well as managers recently appointed by other public administration bodies. Main topics of the workshop included job performance appraisal based on forms, job planning and evaluation based on planned goals, conducting the interview and strategies to deal with people in specifics cases.
